I flipped an email to the chart producer the other day asking the question, and they said they don't have the capacity with IF report this month as they are prepraring other more important reports for upcoming Single's day event. Will resume to produce regular IF report later this month.
It is understood as this company is well known for their broadcast of live sales data during the entire singles day in the last few years. Definitely need preparation for that.
