Growth is being taken from earning, Gatherwell acquisition has come from profits. Forecast Net profit growth of 13%, “after one off purchase of Gatherwell. I like that they are being careful with purchasing suitable businesses. Forecast TTV up 27%, revenue up 24%. I think the high dividend payouts are so they will not be embarrassed by holding a lot of cash. This company is a cash cow. Better to give it back to us so we can buy more Jumbo.
