yeh it does depend on your investment time frame... 30-40% drops are not uncommon for high growth, high P/E stocks. Just look at all the usual suspects this year, NEA, APT, APX, PME etc etc. For JIN $27 can easily be reached and breached early next year, as long as management keeps executing their growth strategy to plan. I would have missed out on lots of good gains over last couple years had I had stop losses in place.
