It looks better saying they sold 56million at 3c and 1 :1 free, saying it as 112mill @ 1.5c / share does not look so flash IMHO. All about perception, what people see is the 56million shares @3c.
In any event the professional investors must be optimistic about the deal going through in 7 days. I also note there are 20million options with a strike price of 3c on the books, I wonder when the holder will decide to exercise them given they are now well into the money.
