At face value, both exchanges (I mean investors) must determine the market value of AVH. This should be the same h/w the research can differ like anywhere. If you have a difference that is effectively an arbitrage opp and gaps should then be closed down by one price either reducing or increasing. It does happen that exchanges can have valuation that hold longer term differences but inefficient markets (information) are the exception rather than the rule.
Since you are on h/c and an obvious example, you see both ASX and CHI-X numbers - even these are not always the same.
Lastly I am not sure what will happen at listing time. It maybe that the US markets will have investors desperate for AVH shares. Whatever, all investors need to reconcile (calc) the two prices (incl exchange rates) of AVH to compare valuations. It would be good if AVH provide this upfront and in an ongoing way.
