bankers are in business for a profit, they will only choose to keep alive business if it benefit them directly, they don't give a toss about shareholders, nor the economy, nor the company history..
bank have limited amount of money, especially in this tight credit environment. if you were a bank, which business would you choose? centro or BNB.. i'd say they'd go for the lower risk businesses and cut out the higher risk businesses to minimise their loss.
centro will be save, at a high cot to shareholders. as for bnb, its just another allco in progess. the bank will suck as much flesh from the business to recoup as much money as possible, they will then let it go when they can't squeeze no more. If you invest because you think that bankers have a heart, and shareholders interest in mind. Then you are dead wrong, bankers will not hesitate to screw bnb or any other companies so long as they can benefit from it.
