Cannot agree. Humm's business flexicommercial is becoming a big hitter in the commercial finance arena - far removed from ZIP's BNPL activities. Humm's entire board resigned over a disagreement with the founder Andrew Abercrombie, who wanted to retain BNPL, the board wanted to sell to Latitude, they had a dust up and the very well respected and experienced board went. It is said that if the sale had gone through Humm would have been left debt free and highly profitable. Some Humm shareholders are still filthy that the sale did not continue. Abercrombie is buying daily as the price declines. The business is performing well but the BNPL sectiin is not the standout.
