2332 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: UBS ups Incitec Pivot (IPL.AU) 12-month price target to A$4.00 vs A$3.90, raises FY10 net profit forecast 5% to A$450 million and FY11 net profit forecast 10% to A$500 million. Says reflects changes to domestic fertiliser sales and benefits from resumption of construction work at ammonium nitrate plant at Moranbah in Queensland. Says market placing too much emphasis on rival PhosChem's recent contract to supply diammonium phosphates to India. "This is despite improving sentiment around the upcoming domestic cropping season, strong positive offsets to the weak conditions in US explosives, and the stock offering a 10% discount to its weighted peer group," UBS says.
