Finally had the cash available to get into NHC this morning.
Has been going up for a while and I've been eyeing it off ever since hearing about the huge one off dividend.
Good to see a resource upgrade this afternoon.
Any long time holders consider much more growth potential for this stock? And also will the share price continue up even after the dividend. There must be a lot in for that. I'm in it for the coal though. Been throwing money into Macarthur coal for the last year and it is going great.
