You have to wonder if NEU management just got a little excited on a trial that was too short and not enough participants and decided to go for BT anyway all the while knowing that it was unlikely to be granted. All they have done is sent the SP back 2 years. Not very smart in my opinion unless they thought they had a slam dunk case but it seems clear now they were far from it.
