why is someone who "claims" to own 29m shares and "claims" to be part of substantial shareholder block posting so much on HC. The substantial shareholder block includes the deputy chairman/exec direcytor finance Bruce mcInness. He and the CEO "claimed" to have seconded Frank from five ways group to ORD in 2009. if Kori/Mark C really is part of the substantial shareholder block - i trust that the appropriate controls are in place re disclosures etc....as I would have thought substantial shareholders, in the middle of a takeover, would be being careful rather than posting left, right and centre on a tipping site
