    On 25th Feb 2014 ORD entered into a Conditional placement for 19.9% of ORD for $3,000,000 @ 1.127c per share as part of the condition was ORD had to secure debt funding of $3,000,000.

    The 3 month DD is nearly up (25th May). What would be the chances it wont happen as the SP is .4c.
