    the best buy price outranks the sell price so by the bids at (4's) getting cancelled the next best buy price is 3. If not 4's not cancelled the sell 3 would have bought for 4. I think that explains it. Hopefully your sober when trying to understand this. LOL. Stink bids(pre or post auction) happens quite abit.
