Another thing to think about. Finding a group of investors to invest in Somalia is pretty hard in the best of times. Finding a group ready to go is a dream. Especially with the financial crisis where most co's are terminating projects and will be very risk averse. Range have done a huge amount of work to get investors on board. Trying to duplicate this in this environment is almost impossible. Range and AOI have the track record. No promises, capabilty to deliver has been shown. Being able to deliver a result will be very important now.
