i also believe that prices in the city are more realistic than some suburbs - i mentioned harrisdale - some are at 8 and 900000. for what? a house and a block of land that is 1 meter bigger than the house itself
another i saw in southern river at a million. imho very much over priced. why buy out there at that cost when you can get closer to then city for less?
