I think things are getting going again in Perth atm.
Not sure how long it will last but with all the mining boom construction work going on it must have a flow on effect.
But China is slowing and the great Iron Ore new mine construction boom has only 4-5yrs max to go, if we're lucky.
Then it's Centrelink here we come.
