I am as bullish as anyone about this company with the no debt situation right now, but with what has taken place the past 6 months and the horrible timing of the last capital raise... if they get themselves into debt by accumulating another project, then it will just annoy existing holders, attract even more shorters and negativity etc, that would be a death wish. The company now needs to focus on existing assets, build up the funds and in a year or 2 it can look at further growth through acquisitions etc imo.
