If you look at the history of FMG and what Andrew Forrest and Nev Power achieved on cost reductions you would be amazed.
Set a target and go for it, leave no stone unturned, no sacred cows, every expense dollar is an opportunity to reduce or eliminate. That is what is required in a high cost inflationary environment.
