Insightful and thoughtful summation there Freedom. We need your knowledge over the spectrum of stocks in this casino!

On the question of :

1. "stop orders" I agree the brokers have a conflict of interest and we see the bots/ algos working that to their advantage everywhere in the stockmarket- moreso when they wish to manipulate and suppress the sp. And its all sanctioned by the ASX of course!
I have lost a lot of money in the past due to these shanagans!

2. Broker data and retail investor stats; I suspect many traders, instos and shadow brokers can be found there in mufti so probably only a small portion is comprised of the " mums and dad" investors.

Caveat emptor? How can that apply in a market that is not transparent to all!

Your comments above I find very helpfull and I hope newbies and oldies take note.

Notwithstanding, I am a lot more optimistic and positive than you about where DCC may lead us.
In fact, I am very bullish about this company's prospects and the smarts above no doubt do too.
