Signal is just the multiple time signals into Jun 13-16.
Yes, it may be that its just a "gentle" decline into that period BUT also has the possibility of a panic.
As a general rule when you get a multitude of convergence in signals as large as this it can be cataclysmic, but if it aint then I will respect the time factor as most important.
