I think this armstrong guy was looking at the planets, seems little familiar. June 13 has Saturn turning direct after been retrograde since 27th January .
Though Saturn rules silver and not really the markets, would look for some action around 13th in Silver. Because its a slow moving planet it is stationary for 4 or 5 days before moving again could be either side of the 13th.

Just another reason why your Armstrong mate might have picked this date.
