Just a bit of a post script to the original post that started this thread. I have finally received a note back to confirm that there is no time limit on the OGC's request for the renewal of its FTAA. While there are other companies in the Philippines that do have a 12 month time limit on approval of their FTAAs as a clause in their agreements that is not the case for OGC. Now I am not sure whether that is a good or a not so good thing for getting the approval secured.
