Hey Sentia, I contacted the Waihi office about you not getting replies to questions via their website (I live nearby) and they passed my message on to the Melbourne office, who subsequently phoned me.
I suggested it would be beneficial for them to read the Hot Copper OGC threads to hear the disgruntled shareholders concerns about lack of communication, and that a response would be appropiate.

Hope this means an improvement in getting answers going forward!
