June 1st ...tick tock, page-6

I have had a quick look through various threads since the beginning of this year or at least the ones which seem to have a number of posts to them. So far I have not picked up the comment that I am sure I read. I may have missed the comment as I skimmed over comments or else perhaps it was back in 2019. The only other possibility that I can think of is that i read it in a newspaper report though I am not convinced about that possibility.

I have to focus this evening on some other work but I will endeavour at some stage tomorrow to continue the search. It could well be that I have been misled by the comment as the statement in the OGC paragraph is fairly firm. Watch this space.

I certainly think that OGC is being positive about how things are proceeding and is not moving to place Didipio into care and maintenance yet which is either a signal to the President's Office that we expect your positive response or it is overconfident of its case.
