Perhaps Oddoneout we need to ask ourselves why, after all this time, you'd need an extra 6 months to negotiate a simple exercise of an option for one drug? Particularly when you've had the option terms for an absolute age already.
Perhaps you need 6 months for something much more substantial?
I too, would be highly annoyed at how ineffectual management has been if this was the former.
