"the company anticipates the further announcement of highly significant (pre-financing) Project information during August 2008"
To me it means that there is info coming out which may be beneficial to help with financing.I think the brackets around "pre financing" means that it is nothing to do with the financing.
Anyway we will see how the market reacts.Hopefully they will see it as you do, I suspect we will get a nasty surprise.
