Are you one of the 153 shareholders who participated in the June 22 SPP? Will we be in the money by June?
"Investors who participated in the SPP will also receive one free-attaching option (“Attaching Option”) for every two SPP Shares issued, subject toshareholder approval. Each Attaching Option confers on the holder the right to subscribe forone Empire share at an exercise price of $0.35, exercisable on or before 14 June 2024.153 eligible shareholders subscribed for 8,751,428 SPP Shares (and 4,375,746 AttachingOptions subject to shareholder approval) to raise a total of $1,925,300 under the SPP."

Whoever it is that's been keeping a lid on the price over the last year with small trades at end of day has been overwhelmed by the last two weeks of higher than usual buying, up 50% in a month. Now we just need to add another 50% to today's 22c close. Management have told me over the last year we can hope for $1 in 2024. What's your bet?
