Every Director of IGC was a director in one of Ol' PP's other company's including Sage in Cape Lambert. Flegg, Eastman(rrs)Bontempo(rmp vj to rrs)

In Sept 08 IGC pointed Grant Thornton to give a valuation for the "T" farms.
On 6 Nov 08 they released a "daft" valuation and there is no mention of Grant Thornton.

The IGC deal has never been officially and independently valued.

My opinion is that Grant Thornton would have taken into account the court injunction of "N" and "E". Something NKP and IGC did not want public.

This deal dodgy deal should be thrown out. At the very least, investigated.
