Would be nice if the announcement did come out today.
Lets see if these guys can actually meet a "next week" deadline.
From the pattern of trading here I am pretty certain that UBS is unloading their last parcel of 1.4m shares or so (refer to Mac Top 40).
No manipulation here. First you cannot short this stock and if someone wants to manipulate they have to buy the stock first. To muck around with the stock you would need a position of 5-8m first (which would reflect on the Top 40). Genorah shares have been moving but they are still in escrow so they cannot be lent out, or sold and bought back.
