My opinion for what it's worth : Deal (Licencing agreement) very close. buyers are buying from those who bought well above $1.00 and now, after not doing their research, and have no idea what is going on with this company are selling pre June 30 and licking their wounds on this one ( hope they have made gains elsewhere)
This will build nicely now until trading halt with announcement catches all those not in with their proverbials down around there ankles.
Again only my very humble opinion for what its worth.
