It's not a mining stock but RHT ( Bio ) seems like it might fit your criteria.
I would call it a diamond in the rough, very low m/c for the tech and revenue growth they are generating.
Tech has slowly been taken up worldwide and is increasing at a good rate.
The thing I can't figure out though is as good as it looks to me and some other ppl in the know the sp has been going nowhere. Not sure if ppl are looking but holding back or are just not interested.
It was one of Aksier's but not sure if holding at the moment.
