Recent changes to restrict export of unbeneficated copper and cobalt in the DRC have no impact on TGS at this early stage.
I am all for local benefication where possible.
After all, we need to turn these countries away from guns and into more positive economic endeavours.
Can't wait for the license terms to be finalized.
