It seems someone doesn't mind throwing a few bucks down at the end of each day to make sure it finishes on or near the open.
They're hiring programmers so maybe they're still be getting ready for the August Euro launch of service with development stuff. I'm starting to get a feeling that maybe we'll see a slow June without much news, and things will start to happen in July.
Though due to disclosure laws as soon as any contract is finalised they'd need to announce, so guess things could happen anytime.
