Silver, yes that is my undertstanding. My recollection was that there were a couple of things that needed to be finalised and that would allow them to sign over operatorship, which would happen in Morocco on 11th June with Galp. The Morocco minister then has to sign off, which we were told is just a formality ..ie "rubber stamping" the documents.
No indication of when that would happen, so I won't assume otherwise. Whether it happens same day or not or is part of the ceremony - I have no idea....Don't know how it works there but guess the minister is seperate from OHYNM. Maybe he will be there as well, maybe he won't.
