    rb you know the rule of thumb

    never touch a high cost miner with a hedge book who has hocked the mine to get debt financing

    this has danger written all over it. What if AUS gold drops below $1000 for a few months. Do you knows ALL the terms of the debt facility

    I'd say development costs running at $150 an ounce.
