Goofy, guidance for Ph1 is 11ktpa, aka "nameplate". Perhaps the more technically qualified could comment here but my understanding is the design engineers normally set "nameplate" at 85% of potential capacity.
Drawing a line thru that Ph1 front end could potentially push circa 12.5ktpa onto the integrated separation & finishing circuits.
Rather makes a mockery of all the pencil pushing here, not seen anyone even come close to addressing the parameters, let alone potential CoP impacts.
