what i meant is that this looks suspiciously like an attempt to set the bar higher and set the stage for disappointment. It is always better to underpromise and to overdeliver rather than the other way around. If the company sets a min and max as guidance it is non sense to predict anything higher than the max. Unless i am missing something here....
