I think the zinc price will reach around end of August it's minimum, about 10% lower then currently. Latest around October the energy prices in Europe will start to climb again, zinc will follow. I'm not sure about the environmental bond at all. Anyway, if they have to pay 10M monthly, with the stabilized zinc price it would be possible to make profit again an pay. In worst case I expect the issuer to rather reschedule the bond than not getting paid at all.
Mt Lyell is at the moment the only way forward for NCZ. I can imagine a scenario where they start early and get a loan for this operation without equity raise. It's a very low risk project. On the other hand it would make me very sad if they let the share price drop back to below 1 with a huge equity raise.
It was a risky investment since I joined, I will go all the way with it now.
