That is just where it seems to reject multiple times over a long period of time.
The world is prepared to buy and when it hits up to that $4.60 $4.70 mark and the buyers disappear.
But as noted the buyers have been stepping in earlier over the last 25 years and the price has not been making new lows.
Buyers are not allowing new lows, but have not allowed new highs.
Break out will come, just a matter of when.
On a Gann chart it says 2033 but that is more of an indication.
Remembering we are now at the same price point as Feb 2011. 13 years on and selling at the exact same price.
