Most investors sold out of one thinking that a profit is a long way off. I think they are in profit now.

Suggest you read (and reread, if necessary) NDC quarterly reports for Dec and March. Their very first quarter produced 8,515 carats or about $1.3 million revenue verses their total company costs of $1.6 million per quarter. Started in early Oct, but had a slow period over Xmas.

Here is the key bit. The DMS processing plant is working very and can process 500,000 tonnes per year, or 165,000 tonnes per 1/4. They processed half of that in their initial three month period. (87,410 tonnes)Fair enough, Xmas and just starting up.

Read for yourself what happened in March quarter.

Double production in the 1/4 ending June (and they now have better grades), would see surplus cash flow of maybe up to a million dollars. Crunch these numbers and advise if not so.

According to the March report, 45,000 tonnes of mostly 10 carats plus grade is ready to be processed. Their costs

Get that plant working close to capacity, with the grades they are now finding and you have a 30 cent share price quickly. Their operational costs are fairly high because of all their staff, so DMS plant at capacity should be likely NOW.

The issue in not really grade, its plant capacity and they are there now.
