The art of accumulation is to increase your stake slowly and have a number of non holders spread misinformation and put a shark amongst the reef fish to help the process...
You won't beat accumulators but you can certainly join them...just on a smaller scale.
With the top 200 shareholders holding over 70% of the shares as they won't get FAR cheaply as OOO alluded to, all of those shareholders will either consult or wait for Management advise before selling anything, it's a nice thing to know...
