You have read them correctly, however I am not sure when they cut off the under 5 cent stocks. I think it is at the start of the stock picking period of a month prior to the month the competition is running in.
For example, June comp, May 1st stocks over 5 cents that have traded more than $5 per day over the last month = eligible.
With regards to stock picking, great to see a good response from the FAR crew, we have shot up the charts.
