Time could be running out for these guys to accumulate. The imminent MRE a major de-risking event which could see much more competition for shares especially if they can go all the way through to Stage Two with minimal dilution. Then their only choices are buying on market and/or vying for pre-purchase agreements to secure access to the product..
See this 2-3 month old video from 11.30 in the video Stage One proceeds could potentially be used to fund the much larger Stage Two. He mentions potentially a 150yr mine life meaning major scale and potential to increase production as needed by the market. Stage One only a modest cost too I believe for which a decent portion of the cost that could be covered by pre-purchase funds and maybe some option conversions also.
.
LIN potentially could have significantly more contained rare earths than the likes of LYC we'll know soon with the MRE and deep drilling. Then the further kicker being non-radioactive meaning the product could get a significant premium in revenues & margins versus projects that need to deal with those restrictive and costly radioactive issues..
