This is exactly why retail fails to outperform, selling when prices fall and buying when they rise. All you are doing is selling your shares to a insto/soph investor at a ridiculously cheap price, not to mention the fact that end of June is literally the worst time you could sell.
Can't tell you what to do but imo as long as your thesis is still in tact (which it appears to be) it's best to just take your eyes off the market, keep a hold of your shares, and return to see the profits a few years down the track. You can't win them all but you sure as hell will never win if you sell whenever the share price drops
