From there it goes to a refinery for cracking, extraction, Scrubbing and Stripping to get an aqueous extract of REE solution , that's what makes hard rock processing expensive compared to ionic clay deposits where you wash the elements off the clay to get the aqueous solution of REE the cost is marginal compared to hard rock extraction LIN cocnetrate product still has to go through strong solvent processes its no different to any other hard rock deposit in this case, you don't honestly believe you can wash REE ions off rocks with water did you.?
