Looking at the possibilites accepting the fact that there is going to be more and more delays a few things could have happend
1)-SCAARC could have refrained from the deal not agreeing with conditions and MOU not followed, so it could be cancelled all together...THEN new export order from other interest countries required
OR
2)-The Srilankans have been slow and the MOU expired and just requires renewal...THEN probably a 3-6month wait for this to be reviewed again
OR
3)-The srilankans have given macca their feedback and have set their terms of pricing/supply/shipping/payment and macca is sitting in his office reviewing this with his team ready to say 'yay' or 'nay' or whether macca has to go back to them again and ask them to review their thinking...THEN testing would need to be completed and things could move forward by the end of June.
I got an email from macca stating the deal is still on...before he used to say 'we are waiting for feedback from the srilankans'...now he's saying..'we are following normal procedures to complete it'
does anyone see a change in this? doesn't it sound like hes got feedback from srilanka and its macca's turn now?
