I recall that the SPR were going to be refilled at an US$80 price. When refilling it actually changes the dynamics by potentially 2m barrels per day. 1m availability loss for stopping the selling, and 1m increase in demand for refilling. Probably will spread refilling out over longer than 180 days. I am hoping refilling happens when China is released from Covid lock downs to provide a turbocharger.
