I have done some research, there are lots of good and bad parameters, I am not professional, I can't conclude, that is why I need your help...
Positives: Bankable Feasibility study is finished, They have got the Social license, they are negotiating the finance, Share price has touched 25C before, the price is in bottom (Just one cent), They have some good political relations.
Negatives: Over 1.5B shares, overseas politically uncertain mining atmosphere

What do you reckon? I honestly don't know what to do :-(
