Gosh it is getting hard to find companies with anything decent in the gold sector.
Exotics are too hard but the likes of SIR show what a decent set of results can do in the base metals patch from a sharemarket point of view.
As to precious metals? PNG is a wasteland in terms of operating costs and more particularly capital costs, i.e. IDC.
Australia appears to be limited to clean up jobs around Kalgoorlie and Meekatharra.
Indonesia is back to the bad old days , i.e. IAU.
