Tastarga, to assume just because a country ends in "stan" that they are all the same is very misleading and categorically wrong.

I've got a friend (we're close but in a non-homosexual shoulders only, no hips hugging kinda way) called KGZSEC over on the CVR forums who lives in Kazahkstan and knows a lot about what goes on over there.

I've invited him to this thread so he can point a few things regarding "the stans".
